A couple goes on a shopping spree across multiple stores. When things go sideways, one of them ends up in handcuffs while the other walks free. But did the one who walked away know exactly what was happening the entire time? Officers respond to a retail theft call and quickly uncover a trail that stretches across Kohl's, Target, and Goodwill — all in a single afternoon. What starts as a routine shoplifting investigation turns into a tense interrogation where one spouse claims total ignorance while the other has already confessed to everything. The deputy isn't buying it, and neither will you. The question is simple: if you knew what your spouse was doing and said nothing, are you the asshole for letting them take the fall?
