Bodycam Breakdown Promoting Awareness and Accountability On April 20th 2023, in Tamarac Florida, deputies were dispatched to a Regions Bank after the branch manager reported suspicions of possible fraud on a customer’s account. The suspect, later identified as Stephonn Bowleg, had allegedly deposited four fraudulent checks.
