On January 24, 2024. An officer from the Portage Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a welfare check after the driver's therapist called police concerned about some things that they had said. The vehicle pulled over in the middle of the road and the officer told the driver (Lexi) to move to a different location. Officers questioned Lexi about some comments that she made at work, threatening herself and others. Lexi stated that she said those things but would never actually do it. Lexi said that she had a crazy life, at one point working with the FBI to put a serial killer behind bars. Lexi was cited for “Disorderly Conduct” and ordered to pay a $373.00 fine.
