Seabrook, Texas. DUI drivers are extremely dangerous to the public, and this video shows why. An officer made a traffic stop on a vehicle which had been traveling twice the speed limit on a narrow city road. The female driver was a handful and satisfied that she had done nothing wrong. The driver's blood/alcohol content was 0.139, nearly twice the legal limit! Blue Blotters receives Body Cam and Dash Cam content through open records requests. This material was created for educational, and somewhat satirical purposes.
