An officer observed a red motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed in the opposite lane and turned around to initiate a traffic stop. While following, the motorcycle continued speeding, made aggressive lane changes, improper passes, and nearly collided with other vehicles. Emergency lights and sirens were activated before the motorcycle eventually stopped. The rider stated she was unfamiliar with Florida traffic laws and was found to have no valid driver’s license or motorcycle endorsement. She was arrested for reckless driving and operating a motorcycle without the proper endorsement, and the motorcycle was towed.
