A Tontitown Arkansas Police Department officer attempted to stop the driver of a car who ran a red light. The driver raced away at speeds of over 100 mph east on U.S. 412. He eventually crashed in the construction zone at the 612 Bypass, rolling up the embankment. 32 year old Chad Douthit is charged with fleeing, reckless driving, suspended license, and driving a stolen car. Douthit had to be extricated from the car and taken to the hospital.
