Bodycam footage shows the terrifying moment officers rushed to save two girls trapped in the icy water at Woolman Lake in Mount Holly, New Jersey. Police say three children were walking on the frozen lake when the ice gave way. One boy managed to get out before help arrived, but two girls were still stuck in the freezing water when officers got there.
