Officers had stopped an SUV connected to a reported theft when the situation suddenly escalated. According to police, 25-year-old Laquandra Borden, who was driving the vehicle, got back into the SUV after being questioned and attempted to leave the scene while officers were still nearby. As she accelerated, two officers were left clinging to the vehicle. The SUV struck a patrol car before reversing and driving forward again, with another officer attempting to remove Borden from the passenger side window. Additional units quickly joined the pursuit. During the incident, one officer discharged his firearm, striking Borden in the arm. She survived and was later taken into custody. Authorities charged Borden with multiple offenses, including shoplifting and hit-and-run-related charges. This footage documents how quickly routine stops can escalate and the risks officers face during vehicle-related encounters. All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. #Dashcam #PoliceFootage #TrafficStop #Bodycam Disclaimer: This video is presented for educational, documentary, and informational purposes only.
