On New Year's Day, officers in Midlothian, Illinois were called to a White Castle after a man was found passed out in his SUV — engine running, front tires on the sidewalk. When he finally woke up and submitted to a breathalyzer, he blew a 0.07. The legal limit is 0.08. What happened next is the story. Officers muted their bodycams while debating whether to arrest him at all. The sergeant suggested towing the car and sending him home in an Uber. They arrested him anyway. The man was charged with DUI-Alcohol in Midlothian, Illinois. This is the bodycam footage. This video is for educational and informational purposes only.
