Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: At 2:42 a.m. on June 22, 2024, Deputy Isabella Tolkov arrived near Heathrow Boulevard and St. Albans Loop in Lake Mary. She was assisting the Seminole County Sheriff's Office with a crash investigation. A silver 2022 Honda Accord had struck the front of a silver Toyota Tacoma. After speaking with both drivers, she identified the Honda driver as 18-year-old Samantha Zussman. As Deputy Tolkov spoke with Samantha, she smelled alcohol and noticed signs of impairment. Samantha waived her Miranda rights and said she had driven from Bounce House Social Eats in Orlando. She admitted drinking one beer and using a fake ID at the bar. Suspecting DUI, the deputy asked her to complete field sobriety tests. Samantha first took the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. During the Walk and Turn, she missed heel-to-toe steps and counted incorrectly. On the One Leg Stand, she failed to raise her foot properly and put it down too soon. The crash, smell of alcohol, Samantha's statements, and poor test results led to her arrest. Deputy Tolkov handcuffed her on suspicion of DUI. She was taken to HCA Lake Monroe Hospital for a medical check, then brought to John E. Polk Jail for booking. At the jail, Samantha provided breath samples that showed blood alcohol levels of 0.131% and 0.117%. Both were above Florida's 0.08% limit for drivers over 21.
