Westlake, Ohio -- Police received a complaint concerning a vehicle with a broken windshield and a missing license plate. Upon locating the vehicle officers noticed a moving violation and pulled over the vehicle. When officers approached they found a firearm in plain view and got both occupants out of the car. The occupants, later identified as Andre Pearson and Carl Lewis, have both been charged with: - Weapons while under disability (F-3) Both are currently pending indictment. The man who was just released was in jail for kidnapping, possession of a deadly weapon while under detention, and participating in a gang.
