Police were called to the W Down Under bar in Washington, Illinois after two women got into a physical altercation. Police quickly learned the fight began over a guy, who one woman was currently dating, and the other used to date. Both the girlfriend and the ex gave conflicting accounts of how the fight started but both admitted striking each other. As officers investigated, the boyfriend appeared more sympathetic toward the other woman involved than toward his own girlfriend, creating an unusual and awkward bodycam encounter. Both women received battery citations, while another man was cited for obstructing a peace officer during the investigation. This video is for educational and informational purposes only.
