When officers arrived, Gregory argued with them about a missing bag and refused to leave despite several warnings. He became loud and uncooperative, leading to his arrest. Gregory was charged with trespass of an occupied structure, a misdemeanor offense. He was booked into jail on a $150 bond and remains in custody due to a probation violation from a previous DUI case.
