It really helps us do original reporting like this. 🔍 Episode Overview: On the evening of June 6, 2025, around 8:30 PM, Officer Andrew White noticed a Nissan Maxima. The car had no headlights on Rumson Road. Officer White stopped the car. He met the driver, Allison McKnight. While talking, he saw signs she might be impaired. Allison said she was making a DoorDash delivery. Because he suspected impairment, he asked her to get out. She then performed some tests. Officer White started with the eye test. Next came the Walk and Turn test. During this test, Allison did not step heel-to-toe. She also took the wrong number of steps. Her turn was incorrect too. The last test was the One Leg Stand. On this test, Allison did not lift her foot properly. She also seemed to lack balance. Given these signs, her earlier alcohol use, past DWI arrests, and poor test results, Allison was arrested. She was charged with drunk driving. Her car was towed and held for 12 hours under John’s Law. Officer White took Allison to the police station. They read her a statement about breath tests. She agreed to take them. After twenty minutes of watching her, she gave breath samples. The Alcotest showed a blood alcohol content of 0.067%. After her processing was complete and tickets issued, Allison was released to her son. He signed paperwork for her court date. Officer White wrote her these tickets: Driving under the influence (39:4-50) Reckless driving (39:4-96) Careless Driving (39:4-97) Failure to use lights when required (39:3-47A) Court records show Allison's past DWI arrests: Middletown, NJ on January 11, 2024 Oceanport, NJ on September 1, 2012 Tinton Falls, NJ on June 5, 2005 If you enjoyed this BodyCamBust video.
