During a traffic stop in Edgewater, Florida, an officer encountered a driver who refused to comply and repeatedly claimed to be a sovereign citizen — insisting that normal traffic laws did not apply to him. The body-worn camera video captures the tense exchange as the man challenges the officer, argues about jurisdiction, and demands a supervisor. Eventually, the situation escalates into an arrest for resisting an officer without violence. This footage highlights how routine traffic stops can quickly become confrontational when drivers reject police authority and invoke “sovereign citizen” arguments. 🔴 Watch the full bodycam video to see how officers handled the standoff and safely took the driver into custody. 👉 Don’t forget to subscribe for more real police bodycam videos and consider joining the channel for exclusive content. #bodycam #bodycamarrest #bodycamstories
