The first officer can be seen talking to three people on a sidewalk, explaining that police had gotten calls. Another police car shows up. One of the men - identified as 46-year-old Todd Novick, moves a few feet down the sidewalk. The officer tells dispatch that Novick is running northbound before yelling twice to stop and once to drop the gun. Five shots in quick succession are fired immediately after the command from the officer and the replica gun is seen clearly as it falls to the ground. Novick then follows directions to roll onto his stomach and put his hands behind his back after being shot. Police began emergency medical aid until ambulance crews and the Rochester Fire Department arrived. Novick was taken to Strong Hospital where he died. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - Kristin - 'Ellie x Michael' - 'Fishy Tuna' - Kelli Lloyd - 'GotsNoGroove Cheryl' - 'OUR CRAZY HOUSE' - Lynn Boyer - 'MortimerEsq' - Exus Altimus - Mateusz Adam Katana - 'Dawesenm' - William Bowman - Paul Rohrbaugh - Sandra McGreevy - 'Krazy KZ' - Koby Bland - Christopher Payne - Zach Williams - Michael R Sheffield - Rich Biggs - 'JTrip' - Lee Roberts - Brant Eaton - 'General X' - 'jadeennff' - James Pringle - 'AccuShoot.com' - Meighan Garrick - 'Sopaul' - Lisa Overly - Connor Davies - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - Eian Smith - 'HelloDarknessMyOldFriend' - 'coco Coco' ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support us at BuyMeACoffee: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/PoliceActivity Support us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/PoliceActivity Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Police_Activity 🛍️ Check out our Amazon store: https://www.amazon.com/shop/PoliceActivity 🛍️ Disclosure: Please note that we will receive a small commission from purchases made through our Amazon store.
