A routine call to a Tampa restaurant turns chaotic when an intoxicated woman refuses to cooperate with police and paramedics on scene. Bodycam footage captures the entire encounter — from the initial disturbance and conflicting accounts of a fall, to repeated warnings from officers giving her every chance to walk away, go to the hospital, or face arrest for disorderly intoxication. Despite multiple opportunities to de-escalate, she continues to argue, deny obvious intoxication, and make bizarre claims — ultimately leading to a physical struggle and her arrest. ⚠️ Footage obtained via public records request (FOIA) and edited for clarity and length. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
