buymeacoffee.com/BlueLineLens On November 13, 2024, at approximately 7:25 p.m., Police Officers Rose Kanan and Harry Montalvo observed three people standing under scaffolding near the corner of Monroe and Eighth Streets, one of them searching the pockets of the other two. One of the men, later identified as 46-year-old David Cummings of Hoboken, appeared to be nervous, avoided eye contact, and turned his back to police. A check revealed active warrants against Cummings out of Hoboken for failure to appear in connection to a shoplifting arrest in April. He was arrested and transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters, processed, and later taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. #news #crime #hoboken
