On November 25, 2022 at ~6:15 PM, Hapeville Police were dispatched to 555 Lake Dr (Hapeville, GA) for a male refusing to leave, with “possibly armed with a knife” noted by dispatch. Officers contacted Marilyn Harris (complainant), who reported her vehicle’s tires were slashed and a window was broken. While on scene, officers observed Cedrick Dishun Cade walking up from Dogwood Dr. After being told to keep his hands visible and asked if he had weapons (he said no), Cade admitted he slashed the tires and busted the window, saying people were “hating on him because he dresses nice.” Cade was detained, searched, and transported.
