On September 30, 2023, police in Dayton, Ohio, responded to a domestic dispute between two unhoused persons on a sidewalk near a hospital. While the man and woman argued over their belongings, officers learned the City of Dayton had issued a warrant for the woman's arrest seven years prior in 2015.
