I arrived on the scene to find a vehicle in a residential driveway that didn't belong there. A witness informed me he took the driver's keys because she was 'hammered' and had nearly driven into a house after knocking over a mailbox. I made contact with the female driver, who was extremely disoriented and claimed she was lost while trying to get home to Park Ridge from Allendale. She admitted to consuming wine earlier in the evening at home before dropping her children off. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I observed heavy damage to the passenger side, a missing mirror, and tree branches stuck in the door frame.
