Subscribe for weekly exclusive raw police videos 🚨 Police report: “On June 10th 2022, I was patrolling in my marked patrol vehicle. I observed a 2002, white Chevrolet pickup truck stopped in the roadway. The vehicle was facing southbound and the defendant was talking to the driver at the driver side door. I pulled up behind the vehicle and noticed that the right taillight was not emitting a red color but rather white. At this point, I did not initiate a traffic stop with the intention of observing the vehicle for further crime. It should be noted that this location is well documented with narcotics and felonious crime. The vehicle pulled into a dirt lot. I traveled further down the street and parked aprox 100 yards southwest of the vehicle in a parking lot. I observed that the defendant was no longer able to be seen but the vehicle was still occupied. I communicated with Central Dispatch that I was going to contact the vehicle and then contacted the driver, Mr. jordan. The driver stated he did not live in Bunnell but was visiting the defendant from Daytona Beach, where he planned to return after visiting her. I observed multiple indication that Mr. Jordan was impaired by alcohol to include but not limited to slurred speech, glossy eyes, and an alcoholic container (unopened) outside its original container (case). The defendant turned her body away from me while I was speaking with the driver. Furthermore, the defendant lit a cigarette that was not lit at the time of contact with the vehicle. I asked the driver to exit the vehicle and spoke with him. I spoke with the driver multiple times throughout the incident to which he stated he knew the defendant did narcotics. Furthermore, he, when asked, stated the defendant was in possession of “crack.” Due to the driver’s statements, the area in which the incident took place (and its association with crime and narcotics), the details of the defendant and the driver meeting, and the totality of the circumstances, I determined there was probable cause to do a cursory search for weapons and narcotics on the defendant. I spoke with the defendant and asked her to provide me with her purse and she refused. I ordered the defendant to put her purse down four times and she refused. The defendant was placed under arrest for obstructing my criminal investigation. The driver was released from the scene and provided a verbal warning for the taillight. Based off the communication with the driver and his gait, I did not further investigate the indications of impairment. Upon a search of the defendant, narcotic paraphernalia was located.” intro: (0:00) Initial contact: (0:14) Talking to Sgt: (10:20) Talking to passenger: (13:20) Outcome: (23:53)
