"Questions, collabs, or casual chats? Email at atlantacrimefiles@gmail.com | Text 470-500-1177 | Discord: atlantacrimefiles | Cash App: $atlcrimefiles" Your support helps keep the content going! 💯 Official Incident Report Date: June 9, 2022 Reporting Officer: Officer VanPutten Location: 4422 Northeast Expressway (Lodge Atlanta) Nature of Call: Assault Upon dispatch to the above address for an assault call, I arrived on scene and approached Room 175. I knocked on the door multiple times in an attempt to make contact. Shortly thereafter, a Black female, later identified as Ms. Ebony Nicole Sparks, answered the door. Upon initial observation, Ms. Sparks appeared to have a visibly swollen and bleeding upper lip. Ms. Sparks stated that she and her boyfriend, Mr. Kentrell Andre Graham, who was present in the room, had been involved in a verbal altercation. She advised that she exited the room to clear her mind, and upon returning, asked Mr. Graham to leave. He refused. Out of frustration, Ms. Sparks admitted to throwing a towel in Mr. Graham’s direction. She then stated that Mr. Graham became angry and struck her in the mouth. Based on the physical evidence and Ms. Sparks’ statement, Mr. Graham was identified as the primary aggressor. He was placed under arrest without incident. Handcuffs were applied to the rear, double-locked, and checked for proper fit. Mr. Graham was charged with Battery (O.C.G.A 16-5-23.1(a)) under Warrant No. 22-W008903. He was transported to DeKalb County Jail by Doraville Transport Officer Curtis without further incident. End of report.
