On June 18, 2025, police in New Jersey responded to a report of a suspected intoxicated driver in a McDonald's parking lot. Police found the man behind the wheel of a running vehicle, allegedly inhaling from an aerosol can and showing signs of impairment. Police conducted a Field Sobriety Test, and the man was arrested and charged with DWI, possession of toxic chemicals to cause intoxication, and inhaling fumes to cause intoxication. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty
