Bodycam footage captures officers stopping a vehicle that was parked in the middle of the roadway, creating a potential traffic hazard. The driver explains that he was using GPS to return his mother’s car and claims he pulled over safely. Officers state they initiated the stop after the vehicle failed to respond to emergency lights and sirens. As the interaction continues, the driver becomes increasingly frustrated, repeatedly using his phone and refusing commands to step out of the vehicle. Officers explain multiple times that he must exit the car, but he continues to argue and ignores lawful orders. After several warnings and continued noncompliance, officers deploy a Taser to gain control and safely take the driver into custody. Following the arrest, the suspect complains about the force used during the encounter. According to police, Antoine was charged with: Assault on a peace officer Operating a vehicle while impaired Driving with a suspended license Resisting arrest No proof of insurance Driving below the minimum speed This incident highlights how a welfare check and traffic stop can quickly escalate when commands are repeatedly ignored. --- ⚠️ DISCLAIMER This video is shared for educational, documentary, and news-reporting purposes under Fair Use.
