A 911 caller reported a man stepping into traffic. Officers stopped him on the sidewalk. He wouldn't give his name — then he ran across a parking lot, into a day spa, and shut himself in a restroom. Staff had no key, so officers forced the door. The radio check came back with a suspended license and a warrant for missing court. Asked if that's why he ran, he agreed on camera. That warrant was going to surface the moment anyone typed his name. He was charged with fleeing on foot, resisting arrest, criminal trespass and obstructing.
