On May 3rd, 2024, a mall security guard was advised that a subject in a wheelchair was photographing female employees at a mall in North Riverside, Illinois. Mall security began questioning the subject about taking pictures of the female employees and requested that the subject delete the images, which he did. However, the 17-year-old female victim still wanted to sign complaints against the subject.
