Police responded to Gurnee Mills in Illinois after an 18-year-old man was reportedly found near dangerous high-voltage equipment. Officers ordered Angel F. Huerta to leave the restricted area and warned him to drop a belt as he approached. When he continued moving toward officers, a Taser was deployed — but the confrontation quickly escalated. During the struggle, Huerta allegedly punched an officer and grabbed an officer's Taser before additional officers arrived and helped take him into custody. Huerta was later charged with disarming a peace officer and two counts of aggravated battery to a peace officer.
