Subscribe for weekly exclusive raw police videos 🚨 Full police report: “On 12 May 22, Driver/Suspect did flee from law enforcement with lights and sirens active, did operate a motor vehicle on public roads knowing his drivers license was suspended and did resist law enforcement without violence. While conducting a routine patrol I detected via my in car mobile radar Striker Dual (front) a vehicle traveling 56MPH in a 35 MPH zone. Upon conducting a U-turn and catching up with the vehicle a black Chevy Silverado pickup truck. I attempted to initiate a traffic stop within the old Subway parking lot. The driver of the truck then accelerated the vehicle at a high rate of speed around the building in an attempt to flee from my fully marked patrol vehicle. As the vehicle pulled around to the north east corner of the building, I observed the driver come to an abrupt stop (the driver placed the vehicle in park prior to the vehicle coming to a complete stop resulting in the transmission grinding loudly) and jumped out with a beer in his hand and fled on foot. The Driver/Suspect was a Caucasian male, wearing only shorts, a baseball cap, long brown hair, tennis shoes and no shirt ran from the driver's seat, around the front of the truck into the wooded area. As I moved around the vehicle I observed Passenger/Suspect standing next to the passenger side door and ordered him to get on the ground at a disadvantage until the arrival of Officer Cunningham. Upon obtaining the Passenger/Suspect, placing him in handcuffs for officer safety and in the rear of my vehicle #201 a secondary vehicle clearing was conducted with no other occupants in the vehicle. It should be noted the vehicle had several open cans of beer scattered throughout, spilled beer within the center cup holder along with a strong odor or MJ emitting from the passenger side floor board. In plain sight a clear plastic baggy of MJ was protruding out directly under the passenger seat. Upon a closer look a semi automatic handgun was also located next to the clear plastic baggy accessible to the Passenger/Suspect. I then advised the Passenger/Suspect of his Miranda rights which he declined legal counsel and agreed to answer questions. Passenger/Suspect admitted the MJ in the b=vehicle was his and his fingerprints would be found on the handgun located next to the MJ under the passenger seat. Passenger/Suspect stated Driver/Suspect admitted to him he was going to get out of the vehicle and run from law enforcement after he came to a stop, but did not give a reason why. Passenger/Suspect stated he only knows the Driver/Suspect by Devin but unsure of his last name and that they are acquaintances from work. Escambia county Sheriff's office K9 arrived on scene and completed a search of the area but was unable to locate the Driver/Suspect. Officer Cunningham left the scene and observed a male standing across the street from the traffic stop matching the description of the Driver/Suspect. SGT Turner arrived and provided backup. Driver/Suspect was then brought back to the scene of the traffic stop where I positively Identified him as the driver. A check indicated his drivers license was suspended as of 33 February 2022, for failure to pay. SGT Turner advised the Driver/Suspect of his Miranda rights which he declined legal council and agreed to answer questions. Driver/Suspect denied being the operator of the vehicle, denied fleeing from law enforcement, denied knowledge of any handgun and MJ inside the vehicle then became uncooperative refusing to answer further questions” Intro: (0:00) Incident: (0:16) Questions Part 1: (3:55) Questions Part 2: (9:35) Outcome: (16:43) ---
