A 23-year-old Morton, Illinois man is cited for disorderly conduct after a road rage incident on I-74 turns into a prolonged, one-sided chase — following the victim through multiple loops around town and threatening to fight him before police intervened. What makes the stop stand out: responding officers recognize the suspect by name before he ever identifies himself — a detail that speaks to more than just one bad day on the road.
