THIS VIDEO IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY WHAT HAPPENED: A routine traffic stop on January 23 along I-77 in Guernsey County nearly turned into a disaster when a speeding driver flew past a deputy, ignoring flashing lights and an open lane to move over. The deputy had to step closer to the stopped vehicle to avoid being hit. A trooper from the Cambridge Post quickly stopped the driver, who showed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI.
