REAL POLICE BODYCAM footage shows Des Plaines Police officers attempting to place an uncooperative woman into a patrol vehicle after her arrest at Rivers Casino. This bodycam video captures the physical resistance that led to additional felony charges. In this police bodycam footage, 38-year-old Stephanie Neff from Lake in the Hills continues her belligerent behavior during the arrest process, telling officers: "Well I'm so glad that you don't fucking touch me." The bodycam clearly captures officers giving her direct commands: "Get in the car," which she flatly refuses, responding "No" and then "I'm not doing it. Nope." The situation escalates as officers discuss how to handle her resistance, with one officer warning: "Okay you know what, we're going to have Megan do. She kicks so just be careful." In a shocking moment captured on the police bodycam, Neff proudly confirms her intention to assault officers, stating "I kick," followed by more hostile commands: "Yeah. Get away from me. Don't touch me." The bodycam footage shows the challenging process of securing an actively resisting suspect as she continues making incoherent statements, including "Oh I'm under a rug. Stop." According to police reports, this incident occurred at Rivers Casino in Des Plaines on April 15, 2024. After Neff was placed under arrest for multiple confrontations with security and officers, she actively resisted being placed in handcuffs by "tensing" her body and arms. Once finally secured and escorted to a squad car, she kicked a police sergeant and another officer in the legs while in the backseat of the car. This police bodycam footage documents the exact moment of physical resistance that led to the most serious charges against Neff. The Cook County State's Attorney's Office approved two counts of felony aggravated battery to a peace officer, felony aggravated assault to a peace officer, and a misdemeanor count of resisting a peace officer. Neff was released from custody following a detention hearing and is due back in court at a later date. Subscribe for more police bodycam footage showing real-life law enforcement situations.
