⚠️ WARNING: GRAPHIC LEGAL CONTENT — VIEWER DISCRETION ADVISED ⚠️ This Video is YouTube Safe On August 17, 2024 in Clovis New Mexico, Police officers responded to one of the most disturbing cases they had ever encountered. This video breaks down the full police bodycam investigation into 54-year-old Timothy Conrad Harper, who was arrested after a confrontation initiated by Colorado Ped Patrol — a civilian group known for exposing online predators. According to investigators, Harper had been communicating with what he believed was a teenage girl. The account was a decoy created to document his online behavior. During interviews with detectives, Harper admitted to engaging in s*xual acts with his dog and confessed to sending explicit photos and videos to the decoy account of those acts. Officers also obtained digital evidence from his phone, which included illegal visual material involving minors (censored as “ch--d p--n” for YouTube compliance). Detectives further discovered that Harper had been living in Clovis, New Mexico, for six years without registering as a registered offender, despite being legally required to do so for life due to a prior conviction from the early 1990s. Harper was arrested and charged with multiple fourth-degree felonies, including: • Possession of illegal visual material (ch--d p--n) • Bestiality • Failure to register as a registered offender In February 2025, Harper accepted a plea deal and was sentenced to 11 and half years in the New Mexico Department of Corrections, followed by one year of parole. He must register as a s*x offender for life and is banned from owning or living with any animals for 15 years — the maximum allowed under New Mexico law. 🎥 We also analyze the police bodycam footage, official booking documents, and court findings — separating verified facts from internet speculation.
