On August 21, 2025, at approximately 7:36 PM, the Keansburg Police Department received a telephone report of a "DISORDERLY PRSN" at the Marina Inn on 33 Laurel Avenue. The caller described the individual, later identified as Stephen Wolf, as an "unruly" guest who was "screaming at the caller" and "starting fights with people". Responding Officer R. McCue arrived on the scene and took one male into custody. The 61-year-old male was arrested and charged with one count of Disorderly Conduct—Improper Behavior. The incident was recorded with a Body Worn Camera (BWC), and Wolf was released from custody later that night at 11:20 These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. An arrest is not a finding of guilt: that’s something for a court to decide. #bodycam #drunk
