🚨 Arkansas Trooper Pursuit Ends in Crash, Foot Chase & Arrest 🚨 On April 8, 2026, what started as a simple seatbelt violation quickly escalated into a dangerous high-speed pursuit through the streets of Texarkana, Arkansas. While working a Selective Traffic Enforcement program, an Arkansas State Trooper attempted to stop a gray Honda Accord after observing the driver not wearing a seatbelt. Instead of stopping, the suspect began driving slowly before suddenly fleeing—leading officers on a reckless chase through city streets.
