Several witnesses described the driver of a black SUV driving recklessly at an excessive speed. Officers made contact with the 31-year-old driver of the at-fault vehicle and immediately realized she was under the influence. However, the woman denied consuming any alcohol. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests, which led to her being arrested for her 3rd DUI. She was transported to the Union Township police station where she was asked to provide a urine specimen. However, the woman stated she only wanted to provide a breath sample, and she got her way. She was transported to the Ohio State Highway Patrol post, where she submitted to an evidential breath test. The result was 0.167% BAC.
