In the end, Carter received one charge for hog hunting with dogs in a state park without authority. He pled no contest and was adjudicated guilty. He was sentenced to 6 months of probation and ordered to pay $589 in costs and fines. Nearly 4 months later, he has not paid any amount towards the fines and has approximately 3 weeks before they’re considered past due.
