On March 16, 2024, Law enforcement responded to a backup call for a suspicious vehicle at Little Hamaca Park, after Officers reported it to dispatch. The park was closed at the time, from 11 pm to 7 am. En route, Officers were informed by Dispatch of an officer safety BOLO concerning a felon potentially armed with firearms related to the vehicle. The defendant is charged with the offenses based on these events. The individuals featured in these videos are to be considered innocent unless proven guilty in a legal setting.
