In the later hours of March 15th, 2014, the Stow Police Department in Ohio received a panicked phone call. A woman had left her home in Stow on March 12th, where she lived with her 21-year-old daughter, to visit family in West Virginia. For two days, everything was normal. But after making one last Facebook post at 12:06 PM on March 14th, the daughter suddenly fell off the face of the planet. At first, the mother tried to get in contact with her daughter’s housemate, a 44-year-old woman who was also a family friend and renting the basement room of the home. At the time, the housemate was in the process of moving out, and she too had not heard from the daughter all day. To investigate further, officers arrived at the home in question at 5:30 PM on March 15th. They followed a short pathway leading to an open storage shed in the backyard, and there they found the young woman — deceased and covered by an old tire and blankets. #interrogationpsychology #interrogation
