A Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to a report of a wrong-way driver in Jefferson County, Wisconsin. When deputies attempted a traffic stop, the vehicle fled, reaching speeds of about 100 MPH and nearly striking a civilian vehicle. The pursuit continued into Rock County on State Highway 26, where the driver traveled southbound in the northbound lanes and nearly collided head-on with a Rock County Sheriff’s Office deputy.
