When a Drunk Meltdown Meets WRAP Restraints https://youtu.be/VlK5GbVusNo What began as a routine welfare check quickly spirals into chaos when officers encounter a visibly intoxicated woman in a parking lot. Witnesses reported erratic driving, curb strikes, and signs of impairment — all caught on bodycam. As officers attempt to assess her condition, the situation escalates. Slurred speech, balance issues, and inconsistent answers raise serious concerns. When asked to participate in voluntary field sobriety tests, she refuses — a decision that changes everything. With probable cause already established, officers make a lawful DUI arrest. Her continued resistance only adds fuel to the fire, ultimately leading to physical restraints being deployed. This video shows how attitude, alcohol, and bad decisions can turn a simple encounter into serious criminal charges.
