The footage shows Sellers confronting Rankin, who was hiding under a couch cushion, and ultimately shooting him five times. Rankin, who was unarmed, later died at the hospital. The incident has led to charges against Sellers, including voluntary manslaughter, assault, and battery of a high and aggravated nature, as well as misconduct in office. The situation further escalated when Johnny Cooper, an innocent occupant of the residence, was severely injured by Sellers' K-9. According to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), Sellers failed to use appropriate commands, leading to the K-9 mauling Cooper for 87 seconds, resulting in permanent injuries. Florence County Sheriff T.J. Joye requested SLED investigate the incident. Sheriff Joye placed Sellers on administrative leave following the shooting, but he then fired him after a domestic violence investigation last month in Darlington County. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - 'Rumblytumbly' - 'Nikita.s15' - david wallace - '10izshoe' - 'Wilcer - Crank Hustle' - 'DerLitti86' - Nathan Wilkinson - 'Portable 1' - Brice Danos - 'PhlyDaily' - 'Rowdy' - Jerry Sonnal - 'Brantheman455' - 'Brother.Legal' - Zak Bennett - Jeff Short - 'walleye truth2power' - Spencer Scott - RayJayOB - Sean Sheldon - Marvin Tobar - Josef Rex - Lee Roberts - Brant Eaton - 'iqtester.org' - 'Skydog' - jaden - Jesse - Sabrina Bewey - Kelly Goodwin - 'Jun' - 'Xenik' - 'Rom' - kyle McBurnett - 'Fishy Tuna' - 'GotsNoGroove Cheryl' - 'CombatKid' - Exus Altimus - James Pringle - 'Dawesenm' - Paul Rohrbaugh - 'Krazy KZ' - Koby Bland - Christopher Payne - Zach Williams - Michael R Sheffield - Rich Biggs - 'AccuShoot.com' - 'Sopaul' - Lisa Overly - Connor Davies - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - 'coco Coco' ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/PoliceActivity Follow us on X: https://x.com/Police_Activity - Links to the Best Dash Cams you can buy.
