The defendant was apprehended (or arrested) after a car stop, inside which narcotic substances were found. During the search, two large bags of narcotics were found in his possession. The charges against him are possession of narcotic substances, and the defendant denies ownership of the narcotics and insists on proving this in court. The car is not owned by the defendant, and he has no personal connection to any victim. The apprehension came about due to the presence of the narcotics while the car was in motion, and there was no mention of a previous arrest warrant. The stop was also made to ensure that he was not carrying any weapons or other illegal materials.
