On 5/25/2025, while assigned to uniform patrol in Car 12, Officer Putnam, 1679, and I, Officer Phillips, 1652, were dispatched to the listed location reference a suspicious person. While on scene, officers encountered Leahanna Taulbee, whom they had encountered two previous times that evening. She had been warned and advised two previous times about her conduct and advised to vacate. When officers arrived to the location the third time, this time at the request of Josiah, who lived at this location, he stated that she was trespassed the day prior and had been at his house tonight throwing items at his house and windows. Officers attempted to place Leahanna in handcuffs and she ran and jumped off of the back of the porch and fell to the ground where officers helped her to a standing position and placed the handcuffs on her. She was transported to the Summit County Jail. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty
