They got a call about a car crash. Then spotted a broken-down 2015 Dodge Dart at East Central Boulevard and 14th Street. Another cop followed the fluid leak. It led back to a hit on a parked car along Central Boulevard in Fort Lee. The Dodge crossed into Palisades Park and stopped. Patrolman Then approached the driver. She was 27-year-old Chennelle. He smelled booze on her breath. He also saw lots of cannabis items. Chennelle said she drank alcohol that night. Later, she mentioned her job at a weed shop. The cops suspected she was impaired. They asked her to do sobriety tests. Then began with the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus check. Patrolman Christolias noted no smooth eye tracking. Nystagmus jerked at the end and started early, before 45 degrees. Next came the Walk and Turn. Chennelle missed heel-to-toe steps. She took wrong step counts. She botched the turn. Last was One Leg Stand. She didn't lift her foot right. She dropped it too soon. The crash, impairment signs, alcohol smell, her admission, and failed tests led to arrest. Cops charged her with driving under the influence. They impounded her car for a 12-hour hold under John's Law. Then took her to Palisades Park Police first. They read the breath test statement. She agreed to blow. After 20 minutes of watch, the machine failed. So they drove her to Ridgefield Police. Their Alcotest showed 0.16% BAC. That's twice the 0.08% limit. They brought her back to Palisades Park to finish up. After tickets and paperwork, they let her go with a sober adult. That person signed the liability warning for her court date. Then gave these tickets: Driving under the influence (39:4-50) Careless driving (39:4-97) No insurance card (39:3-29C) 0:25 oh you should leave her in jail. 28:41 when you realize it's everyone else's fault but your own, what would somebody do? Poor thing. 31:50 PPPD buys their hand-cuffs from the Temu Cop Supply Store. :):) 34:59 You should have slipped out of the handcuffs from the very beggining, lady. 38:56 I think Mean Girl should have to stay in jail until her nasty attitude changes. 46:34 her logic is, i don't have $2000.So this or any fines should be another person's responsibility that has money. 50:44 i was not driving when you guys pulled me over.😂 1:12:47 I appreciate that officers attempt at encouraging her. 1:15:00 You were driving a car trippin on shrooms and a couple drinks. 1:25:10 I know who she reminds me of!!! She's a modern-day Veruca Salt!!! 1:26:40 Polititics???? If you enjoyed this BodyCamBust video.
