Pasco County police arrested Cody Blake Hession after he drove a stolen car into a ditch in Holiday with his pet monkey, Monk. The officers let him say goodbye to Monk, who was taken to a primate sanctuary because Hession didn’t have the right permit, and a woman showed up saying he stole her car.
