Tallmadge, Ohio -- I don't have the report on this video, so the following synopsis is based off my inferences. Police responded to this apartment building to remove a male from the premises. This male has previously been trespassed from this property before, therefor making it illegal for him to be on it. This male does have two prior convictions of aggravated menacing. The male was then arrested after a small skirmish. The male, later identified as Brandon Blair, was charged with the following: - Obstructing Official Business - M1 - Obstructing Official Business - M2 - Criminal Trespass - M4 The trespassing and the M2 count of OOB were dismissed after the male plead guilty to M1 OOB. It appears the male was ordered to pay a fine and was sentenced to 90 days jail time. ⚠️ Footage from this video was obtained via the Ohio Public Records Act (R.C. 149.43) All persons featured on the channel are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
