Officers observed a driver who was clearly not a genius behind the wheel. After nearly causing a head-on collision, Michael Alfonso didn't stop for deputies until he pulled right into the Emergency Room. This was his 4th DUI arrest. He was so intoxicated he had to be wheeled out. People like this should never be allowed behind the wheel. Thankfully, FCSO got him off the road.
