A Colorado highway chase ended fast when a state trooper used a PIT maneuver to stop a wrong-way driver near Cortez. Dashcam video shows an 81-year-old driver in a Jeep Gladiator speeding along the shoulder and into oncoming traffic on US 160. The trooper was already on another traffic stop when other drivers pointed toward the Jeep. Police say the driver kept going with lights and sirens behind him, weaving near traffic and almost causing multiple head-on crashes. With an active work zone ahead, the trooper used a PIT maneuver to stop the Jeep before it reached the construction area. The driver was arrested on DUI, reckless driving, and eluding charges. A scary reminder of how fast one wrong-way driver can put everyone on the road in danger. For Collaborations → www.viceversesmedia.com Email: partners@viceversesmedia.com
