Florida bodycam: child abuse call after a girl says her mom choked her until she couldn't breathe. Deputies respond to a report that a mother is physically abusing her children. The mother says it's her daughter's 13th birthday and insists nothing happened. She argues about landlord-tenant laws and says her father can't just come inside without notice. An officer says she appears under the influence of alcohol. Deputies separate everyone and speak with the kids privately. The daughters describe their mom being drunk, getting angry after they went to their grandfather's, ripping LED lights off the wall, slapping one of them, and choking the other until she handed over her phone. Deputies note visible marks and take photos as the situation escalates.
